There must be something to this portion of Old Kent Road, as the Pearly Kings and Queens won’t shut up about the whole thing. As far as we can tell, it’s not that much more than a giant Asda. Walk along Bird In Bush Road to laugh at its name and over to Peckham Park Road for a damn good fry-up at Roma Cafe.
