This tropical neighborhood is home to a third-world level disparity of wealth. That makes the Grove attractive but unsafe for visitors. At night, especially Thursdays, college students descend like locusts. The Grove has several parks for the outdoorsy types and the Viscaya and Miami Science Museums both make their homes here.
