Hidden Montmarte

This is the one in a series. We would like to direct the reader to great, picturesque, and little-known sites located just a stone's throw away from Paris' major attractions. Paris' second most visited monument is the church of Sacré-Coeur, with stunning views on Paris. The village of Montmartre where the church stands remained independent from Paris until just 150 years ago. It has successfully kept its unique character. We suggest you see the vineyard (authentic), and walk rue des brouillards and rue Saint-Vincent--or any street outside the tourist circuit for that matter. You're bound to come across delights like this little pink house.
