Ladds Addition is a confusing maze of streets spiraling out from a lush roundabout. Division street is another of Portland's little Obama-voting, bike-the-dog neighborhoods, and Clinton is a fine crossroads of bars, eats and a theatre that seems to have "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" on repeat. Powell lacks this character--it's where you get things done.
