Banh Mi Saigon Bakery

Have you heard the news? Banh Mi Saigon Bakery Expands Menu; Pork Lovers Everywhere Swoon in Delight. And it’s true, the folks who make Manhattan’s tastiest nem nuong (Vietnamese roast pork) have added a few new Banh Mi sandwich combos to their menu. Our favorites: plump, braised pork meatballs and (shock upon shocks) a surprisingly filling, satisfyingly messy Buddhist Delight—stir-fried veggies, tofu, and an occasional quail egg, served on an incredibly fresh baguette with all the usual Banh Mi fixings. And the best part? Both cost under $4.
