Fresh is the operative word here. I haven’t had pizza that has ever tasted fresher than this. Franny’s uses organic ingredients from Tri-State area farmers to produce pizza that immediately goes to the top of my list, right up there with Nick’s Pizza in Forest Hills, DiFara’s in Midwood, and Arturo’s in Manhattan. Appetizers and desserts can be somewhat hit-or-miss, but so what? Go for the pizza. Toppings are all stellar, but as always I recommend getting a straight margarita pizza; if the pizza’s good enough, you don’t need any toppings…
