The service is market-style, and you can stop at different counters for pastries, sushi, pizza, ice cream, deli, or just cruise the award-winning salad bar. One day you might get pizza, chips, and Orangina, and the next you could get roast ham, sweet potatoes, an entire fudge cake, and a jar of olives.
