This store was an absolute lifesaver for me over the Christmas season. It’s easy to find beautiful home decor stores downtown, but near impossible to find unique items the average person can afford. That’s where Open House comes in: they’ve got everything from furniture to baby clothes that fit into the tightest of budgets. I got some soy candles for my sister, tall glass vases for Mom, a gorgeous necklace for a friend, and had enough left over to buy myself something. I also dig the baby humor, with a line of “Ugly Dolls” and onesies that read, “I might barf” and “Chicks dig me.” If you want bedding or a bed, lamps or jewelry boxes that look like high design, Open House is your place. Watch them tremble over at Foster’s Homeware. Join the Open House revolution!
