A former working-class/industrial neighborhood in the midst of transformation, this area will look completely different in five years. The impetus for change is largely due to the new Third Street Light Rail and the trickle-down effect of the Mission Bay improvement projects taking place nearby. For the time being, though, there’s still not much here.
