However, the relative isolation suits this quiet, family-friendly community. Dominated by the 500-acre Discovery Park and surrounded by Shilshole Bay and Puget Sound, Magnolia is prime real estate, boasting some of Seattle’s most expensive homes. Interbay is an industrial strip useful mostly for getting to and from other neighborhoods.
