If you ever follow Rock Creek Park to its northern end, you’ll stumble upon a quiet sanctuary of beautiful homes and escape from the city. Beyond the Forest Glen Seminary’s architecturally eclectic buildings, this residential area has little appeal to outsiders except for those who eye the homes going up for sale during the housing downturn. The neighborhood’s peace and quiet are actually quite common in northwestern parts of the District.
