Generally, NFT does not review fast food franchises. But what if we knew of a Taco Bell that was indisputably superior to every other Taco Bell on the eastern seaboard? What if we knew of a Taco Bell where the soft tacos are lighter than air, where the hard shells are never the least bit stale, where the vegetables taste as though they are farm fresh? Then we’d have a responsibility to let you know, wouldn’t we. Hidden behind a typical Taco Bell façade on a traffic island between the busy roadways of Wilson Boulevard, that magical Taco Bell actually does exist. Their double decker tacos are particularly delicious, because the soft and hard tortillas contrast and compliment each other so beautifully. Cross the Key Bridge, drive a few short blocks into Rosslyn, and dine at a Taco Bell where they take pride in their food. We kid you not.
